Every missed call that gets a text, every reply and every appointment it leads to is tracked and shows up in your Jobs Saved report. If the report shows no booked job in your first 30 days, you get your first month back.
What's the Comeback campaign?
In your first week we send a friendly text, in your name, to past customers you choose: a tune-up reminder, a seasonal check, or a simple "we have openings this month." Replies come straight to you.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. We connect Never Miss to the number your customers already call. Your number stays on your truck and your website.
Will my customers know it's automated?
The first text goes out automatically, but it's written in your voice and signed with your name. After that, you're texting them yourself.
