Our services
Second Flight sets up and runs automated text and follow-up tools for businesses, including missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, past-customer campaigns and review requests. Service details, pricing and any guarantee are set out in the offer or agreement you accept when you sign up.
SMS program terms
- Program: Second Flight sends text messages to people who call or text our numbers, or who give us their number, about their inquiry, demo or appointment.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Client responsibilities
Business clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information for carrier text registration
- Only send texts to people who have contacted the business or given permission to be contacted
- Honor opt-out requests and follow applicable texting and consumer-protection laws
- Pay fees as agreed, including carrier usage fees billed at cost
Billing and cancellation
Services are billed monthly and are month to month unless your agreement says otherwise. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing month. Setup fees are non-refundable except as stated in your offer or guarantee.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to send spam, unlawful content or messages to people who have not consented.
Disclaimers
Our services depend on third-party platforms and phone carriers. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or that any specific business result will occur, except as stated in a written guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Second Flight's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
